It is designed for simple and fast assembly and maintenance, its system allows it to be assembled and disassembled in less than 1 minute without the need for tools (cleaning consists of pressurized hot water in the entire machine except for the electrical part and the drum).

The compact design that characterizes it includes 5 blades that manage to make 12,000 cuts in 60 seconds, allowing a large peeling capacity, the equivalent work of up to 10 operators and a flexible carbon steel blade for high precision cutting.

Since each variety is different and has different needs, the MT Tumbler 200 has a model with drum and blade speed regulators that can be adapted to the conditions and state of your product. Thanks to the two types of drum you can also work fresh and/or dry.
